• Reviewing and drafting Terms and Conditions, contracts for various business units, and other legal documents.
• Analyzing new projects and related case law.
• Managing powers of attorney and corporate documents
• Following up on judicial and administrative proceedings

• Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience
• Intermediate/advanced English - Portuguese desirable
• Mastery of civil, commercial, and consumer regulations
• Experience working in companies, reviewing commercial contracts, and handling corporate matters 
• Use of digital tools associated with AI

• Gestión de poderes y documentos societarios
• Seguimiento de causas judiciales y administrativas

• Inglés intermedio/avanzado - Portugués deseable
• Dominio de la normativa civil; comercial y consumidor
• Experiencia trabajando en empresas, revisando contratos comerciales y temas corporativos 
• Uso de herramientas digitales asociadas a IA
