Foreman

We are looking for a foreman to work in Jaén. The selected person will act as a direct link between the site manager and the workers. Their duties will include assisting with site layout, supervising processes, and controlling the execution of the work. They will also be responsible for ensuring everything is done correctly to avoid waste, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure they complete their tasks.

Additionally, they will be in charge of checking the quality of materials arriving at the site, inspecting the condition of auxiliary equipment and small machinery, and tracking attendance, work pace, and schedules. In the event of the site manager's absence, the foreman will take over their duties.

EUR 24,234 per year

We offer a permanent employment contract, full-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The salary is 1,731 euros per month.

Se busca capataz para trabajar en Jaén. La persona seleccionada actuará como enlace directo entre el encargado de obra y los operarios. Entre sus funciones estarán apoyar en replanteos, supervisar procesos y controlar la ejecución de los trabajos. También deberá vigilar que todo se haga correctamente para evitar despilfarros, coordinar a los subcontratistas y asegurarse de que cumplan con sus tareas.

Además, se encargará de controlar la calidad de los materiales que lleguen a la obra, revisar el estado de los medios auxiliares y la maquinaria pequeña, y llevar un seguimiento de la asistencia, los ritmos de trabajo y los horarios. En caso de ausencia del encargado, el capataz asumirá sus funciones.

Se ofrece un contrato laboral indefinido, a jornada completa, con horario de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 18:00 y viernes de 8:00 a 14:00. El salario es de 1.731 euros al mes.
