We are currently looking to add a Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive management of the center's facilities, ensuring their proper operation, safety, and preservation. The start date is planned for the 2026/27 academic year. ✅ The ideal candidate should have: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in areas related to: Electromechanical Maintenance. Electrical and Automatic Installations. Industrial Mechatronics. Thermal and Fluid Installations. Building and Facility Maintenance. University degrees in the following fields will be valued: Industrial Engineering. Electrical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. Building Engineering. Additional training in: Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). Low-voltage electrical installations. Air conditioning and RITE regulations. Fire Protection (PCI). Energy efficiency and facility management. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in comprehensive maintenance of buildings or facilities. Demonstrable experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience coordinating work teams, contractors, and external suppliers. Knowledge of budget management and maintenance cost control. Ability to plan and supervise improvement projects, renovations, and facility adaptations. Technical knowledge in: Electricity. Plumbing and sanitation. Air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. Security and access control systems. Fire protection. CMMS systems (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Building safety and maintenance regulations. Previous experience in educational centers, hospitals, hotels, or high-traffic buildings will be valued. 📌 Main responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the center's preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure the proper operation and preservation of facilities, buildings, and equipment. Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, organizing tasks and priorities. Manage and supervise external companies, suppliers, and specialized services. Control the maintenance area budget, optimizing resources and costs. Supervise electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, security, and fire protection installations. Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, maintenance, and occupational risk prevention. Coordinate improvement, renovation, and infrastructure adaptation projects. Promote initiatives aimed at energy efficiency and sustainability of facilities. Manage technical incidents and ensure an effective response to minimize the impact on educational activity. Keep technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
