Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Producción - GSK Aranda de Duero

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Producción proactivo/a, con enfoque en mejora continua y ejecución de proyectos, para apoyar la operativa y evolución técnica del área OSD. Serás clave en la disponibilidad de equipos, la implantación de nuevas tecnologías y el cumplimiento regulatorio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar y coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo del área OSD para asegurar la continuidad operacional.
  • Liderar y participar en proyectos de mejora continua (lean, 5S, kaizen) con impacto directo en planta.
  • Apoyar la implantación, puesta en marcha y validación de nuevos equipos: URS, coordinación con proveedores y pruebas FAT/SAT/IQ‑OQ.
  • Investigar desviaciones operativas/técnicas y desplegar acciones correctoras y preventivas.
  • Colaborar en auditorías internas/externas y mantener documentación técnica y registros actualizados.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento GxP, EHS y políticas internas; trabajar de forma transversal con Producción, Calidad, EHS y Supply Chain.

Perfil buscado

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Automática o similar).
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica o entornos regulados (valorable OSD).
  • Inglés B2 mínimo (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimiento de GPS/Lean y metodologías de mejora continua.
  • Conocimientos de mantenimiento industrial, equipos de proceso y automatización.
  • Capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas, proactividad y buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación.
