🚀 What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain, ensuring efficient solutions in packaging, transport, and product management, with a direct impact on all our Distribution Centers.

Your goal will be to improve operational efficiency, reduce damages, and optimize resources, working cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams ⚙️📈

📦 Product and Packaging Optimization

Evaluation of new products, especially heavy or bulky items
Development of specific packaging solutions (e.g., stackable products)
Optimization of box sizes and packaging formats
Use of tools such as slip-sheets and master boxes to improve efficiency

🚚 Logistics and Transport Optimization

Optimization of truck and container loading
Improvement of pallet utilization in Distribution Centers
Optimization of pallets for outbound transport
Improvement of packaging materials for online sales

🔄 Continuous Improvement and Standardization

Root cause analysis for products with high damage levels
Implementation of corrective actions
Ensuring process standardization across all JYSK DCs
Participation in international continuous improvement projects

🤝 Coordination and Communication

Collaboration with Supply Chain Optimization teams in other countries
Daily communication with suppliers
Transmission of guidelines and updates to suppliers
