Seamstress / Sewing Operator

We collaborate with a major reference company in the textile sector that needs to hire a Textile Seamstress / Sewing Operator in Valls. We are looking for profiles with a willingness to learn and commitment, to train and consolidate stable teams within the company.

Main duties:

• Support for the different phases of the textile production process.
• Use and operation of production machinery (with prior training).
• Visual quality control of the product.
• Handling and preparation of textile materials.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations at the workplace.

What we offer:

• Contract through Marlex with weekly renewals.
• Project aimed at stability and continuity within the company.
• Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.
• Initial training provided by the company.
• Pay of €11.05 gross/hour + night shift bonus.

Colaboramos con una importante empresa de referencia del sector textil que necesita incorporar un/a Costurero/a Textil en Valls. Buscamos perfiles con ganas de aprender y compromiso, para formar y consolidar equipos estables dentro de la empresa.

Funciones principales:

• Apoyo a las diferentes fases del proceso productivo textil.
• Uso y manejo de maquinaria de producción (con formación previa).
• Control visual de calidad del producto.
• Manipulación y preparación de materiales textiles.
• Mantenimiento del orden, limpieza y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en el puesto de trabajo.

Qué ofrecemos:

• Contrato a través de Marlex con renovaciones semanales.
• Proyecto orientado a la estabilidad y continuidad en empresa.
• Turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche.
• Formación inicial a cargo de la empresa.
• Retribución de 11,05 € brutos/hora + plus de nocturnidad.
