What will your responsibilities be?

As a Retail Assistant, you'll help make our customers' day, every day. Here's how you'll do it:

• Provide an amazing customer experience, answering their questions about sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.
• Keep the sales floor ready, restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, while keeping the stockroom tidy and organized.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service at the tills, handling customer queries, refunds, and returns.
• Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Get products to the sales floor and make sure they're correctly priced, always ensuring we meet our high standards.

Who we're looking for

• A passion for interacting with people and creating great experiences.

• Honesty, good communication skills, and the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved when needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Teamwork, high motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• An interest in fashion and the latest trends.

• Ideally, experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value any languages you speak, including sign language. Don't forget to mention it in your interview, as it helps us provide an even better service to our customers.

• Recibir, procesar y comprobar las nuevas entregas. Llevar los productos a la sala de ventas y asegurarte de que tienen el precio correcto, siempre garantizando que cumplimos nuestros elevados estándares.

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?

Nos encanta sorprender a nuestros clientes con experiencias increíbles en nuestras tiendas, ¡y eso empieza por ti! Esto es lo que necesitamos de tu parte:

• Pasión por el trato con otras personas y por crear experiencias increíbles.

• Honestidad, buena comunicación y capacidad para escuchar, compartir ideas e implicarse cuando sea necesario.

• Buena capacidad de organización y atención a los detalles.

• Trabajo en equipo, un alto grado de motivación, una actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.

• Interés por la moda y las últimas tendencias.

• Idealmente, experiencia profesional en un entorno de retail muy dinámico.

Valoramos los idiomas que conozcas, incluyendo la lengua de signos. No olvides comentarlo en la entrevista, ya que nos ayudará a ofrecerle al cliente un gran servicio.
