How you will shape Prophero:

• Identify, visit, and evaluate potential properties that meet PropHero's investment criteria.
• Conduct preliminary assessments on location, neighbourhood trends, and rental potential.
• Capture photos, videos, and key property data during on-site visits.
• Build strong relationships with local agents, owners, and developers to access off-market opportunities.
• Provide concise, structured reporting on each property, including risks and red flags.
• Collaborate with the acquisition and analytics teams to confirm suitability and pricing assumptions.
• Track and maintain an updated pipeline of properties in assigned areas.
• Monitor local market activity to identify new opportunities quickly.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience in real estate, property scouting, field acquisition, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of property assessment fundamentals (location quality, structural basics, pricing signals).
• Ability to conduct on-site visits independently and gather complete, accurate information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with agents and owners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned regions.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
