IT Systems Functional Analyst (ERP Dynamics)

Do you have experience in the functional management of IT projects? Are you familiar with Business Central and Navision?

Migration project management: You will lead, as the point of reference, the strategic transition from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Liaison and requirements gathering: You will act as the bridge between PharmaMar employees and the technology partner, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

Analysis and Design: You will analyze current systems, define functional requirements, and validate solutions proposed by the vendor.

Testing and Quality (UAT): You will design and execute comprehensive functional tests with key users before deploying any functionality or update.

Problem solving and support: You will identify gaps, propose operational improvements, and provide level 2 functional support for the systems under your scope.

Documentation: You will prepare functional documentation and guides for the supported processes and systems.

Solid prior experience in functional analysis and business requirements gathering.

Stable professional track record (we value continuity in your previous projects).

Profile with a clear business vision, analytical skills, and excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Knowledge of processes in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Business Central is highly valued to facilitate technical communication.

Basic technical knowledge of SQL (for queries or data validation).

Basic knowledge of maintenance in Windows environments (Server/Desktop), Java, and Tomcat.

Familiarity with IT management best practices (incident management, configurations, and change control).

Desirable: Proficiency or knowledge of Power BI for generating reports and dashboards.

¿Tienes experiencia en la gestión funcional de proyectos IT? ¿Conoces Business Central y Navision?

Gestión del proyecto de migración: Liderarás como punto de referencia la transición estratégica de Navision a Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Interlocución y toma de requerimientos: Actuarás como puente entre los empleados de PharmaMar y el partner tecnológico, traduciendo necesidades de negocio en especificaciones funcionales claras.

Análisis y Diseño: Analizarás los sistemas actuales, definirás los requerimientos funcionales y validarás las soluciones propuestas por el proveedor.

Testing y Calidad (UAT): Diseñarás y ejecutarás pruebas funcionales exhaustivas con los usuarios clave antes del despliegue de cualquier funcionalidad o actualización.

Resolución de problemas y soporte: Detectarás carencias, propondrás mejoras operativas y prestarás soporte funcional de nivel 2 para los sistemas bajo tu alcance.

Documentación: Elaborarás la documentación funcional y las guías de los procesos y sistemas soportados.

Sólida experiencia previa en análisis funcional y toma de requerimientos de negocio.

Trayectoria profesional estable (valoramos la continuidad en tus proyectos anteriores).

Perfil con visión clara de negocio, capacidad analítica y excelentes dotes de comunicación y gestión de proveedores.

Valorable muy positivamente el conocimiento de procesos en Microsoft Dynamics Navision y/o Business Central para facilitar la interlocución técnica.

Conocimiento técnico básico de SQL (para consultas o validación de datos).

Nociones de mantenimiento en entornos Windows (Server/Desktop), Java y Tomcat.

Familiaridad con buenas prácticas de gestión IT (gestión de incidencias, configuraciones y control de cambios).

Deseable: Manejo o conocimientos de Power BI para la generación de informes y paneles de control.
