This is a strategic position designed for consultative sales professionals who seek to lead the acquisition, development, and management of Key Accounts for qualified talent.

Develops and manages small/non-complex accounts for Professional Talent Solutions and supports the management of larger client accounts, negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and modifications. Has in-depth knowledge of the business, finances, services, different markets, and the needs of assigned accounts. Understands and stays up to date on labor market and recruitment trends, manages research on client sectors to provide them with information and updates, and offers solutions in the areas of engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing, and communications. Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers, key client stakeholders, and potential decision-makers for managed accounts to drive partnerships. Conducts client reviews to discuss performance, results, and future hiring and planning needs for managerial and specialized positions. Collaborates with internal and client cross-functional teams in structuring and executing strategic and delivery initiatives. Supports the deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business growth and diversification and sales. Manages the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositions. Typically focuses on a specific sector in which they are consulted.
