-Establish the treatment according to own professional judgment and record it in the progress notes.
-Modify the treatment when progress is not favorable.
-Record any significant changes, the treatment performed, and the patient's progress daily in the progress notes.

-Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
-Must be registered with the professional college.

-Establecer el tratamiento según criterio propio y dejar constancia en la hoja evolutiva.
-Modificar el tratamiento cuando la evolución no sea favorable
-Anotar diariamente en la hoja evolutiva cualquier cambio significativo, el tratamiento realizado y la evolución del paciente.

-Grado en Fisioterapia o titulación equivalente homologada.
-Estar colegiado/a.
