Randstad is looking to select a Broker Account Manager to join Mapfre Spain, at their offices in Tarragona (C/ HIGINI ANGLÈS, 10), via a temporary replacement contract for IT.

What will you do?

We invite you to join the team as a Broker Account Manager, whose mission will be to offer the highest level of quality and speed in commercial and administrative management for the Broker network. To achieve this, you will work together with the Commercial Technician and the Office Director to provide sales and after-sales advice on the products offered by Mapfre.

The Broker Account Manager is a key position in broker loyalty by actively collaborating in the maintenance and management of their portfolio, contributing to the achievement of the broker office's objectives.

The main functions of the position will be:

- Support the Broker Commercial Technicians in commercial management.
- Facilitate broker loyalty by offering the maximum level of speed and quality when resolving their requests.
- Communicate cross-selling opportunities applicable to the broker's potential clients.
- Regularly handle management tasks derived from SGC and SGO with their various interlocutors.
- Provide administrative support to the broker office.
- Conduct occasional visits to the broker to improve the assimilation of knowledge regarding Mapfre products or tools.
- Keep product and tool knowledge up to date to optimize professional activities.
- Comply with the institutional and organizational principles of the Mapfre group.
- Facilitate periodic reporting of commercial or administrative activities to ensure management transparency.
- Commercially utilize the tools established by Mapfre.

What knowledge and experience will be considered?

Education and knowledge:

- University degree or higher-level vocational training (FP).

Experience:

Experience similar to the described functions will be necessary.

Desde Randstad buscamos seleccionar un/a Gestor/a de Corredores para incorporar en Mapfre España, en sus oficinas de Tarragona (C/ HIGINI ANGLÈS, 10), mediante un contrato de sustitución por IT.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Te invitamos a que formes parte del equipo con la misión del Gestor/a de Corredores que será ofrecer el máximo nivel de calidad y rapidez en gestiones comerciales y administrativas a la red de Corredores. Para ello realizará conjuntamente con el Técnico/a Comercial y el Director/a de Oficina un asesoramiento de venta y posventa de los productos ofrecidos por Mapfre.

El Gestor/a de Corredores es un puesto clave en la fidelización del corredor al colaborar activamente en el mantenimiento y gestión de su cartera, colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos de la oficina de corredores.

Las principales funciones del puesto serán:

- Apoyar a los Técnicos Comerciales de Corredores en la gestión comercial.
- Facilitar la fidelización del corredor ofreciendo el máximo nivel de rapidez y calidad a la hora de resolver sus peticiones.
- Transmitir oportunidades de venta cruzada aplicables a los clientes potenciales del corredor.
- Atender recurrentemente las gestiones derivadas del SGC y SGO con sus diferentes interlocutores.
- Prestar un soporte administrativo a la oficina de corredores.
- Realizar visitas puntualmente al corredor para mejorar la asimilación de conocimiento de productos o herramientas Mapfre.
- Mantener actualizado su conocimiento de producto y herramientas para optimizar sus actividades profesionales.
- Cumplir los principios institucionales y organizativos del grupo Mapfre.
- Facilitar el reporte periódico de las actividades comerciales o administrativas, que garantice la transparencia de la gestión.
- Utilizar comercialmente las herramientas establecidas por Mapfre.

¿Qué conocimientos y experiencia van a ser considerados?

Formación y conocimientos:

- Titulación universitaria o FP de grado superior.

Experiencia:

Será necesario contar con experiencia similar a las funciones descrita.
