Job Description

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and do you have the ability to transform operational data into hyper-efficient workflows?

We are looking to incorporate a Process Engineer to lead the optimization of methods, productivity analysis, and the elimination of inefficiencies in our most demanding international project: the Amazon global account.

Your mission will not be to design from scratch; you will be the engineering interface responsible for auditing the existing internal operation, measuring real plant capacities, eliminating bottlenecks, and successfully replicating/standardizing best practices and efficient flows within the operation.

- Process Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate the current state of warehouse operations, measuring productivity in real-time to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.

- Time and Capacity Studies: Lead time and motion studies, analyzing installed capacity against e-commerce demand peaks.

- Flow Standardization: Design and document clear work instructions to ensure uniformity in plant operator tasks.

- Lean Culture & Automation: Actively drive and support initiatives based on Lean methodologies and analyze the feasibility of technological improvements or local automations.

- Academic Background: Degree or university qualification in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or related technical disciplines.

- Experience and Methodologies: Demonstrable track record in optimizing operational processes (warehouses, production plants, or high-volatility distribution centers). Solid and applied knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Logistics tools and layout interpretation/design (AutoCAD is a plus).

- Languages: As you will be integrating into a multicultural environment coordinating directly with Amazon, a minimum English level of B2 is required.

- Analytical Mindset: Capacity for abstract thinking, thoroughness, attention to detail, and a results-orientation based on empirical data.

- Stability: Permanent Contract from day one in a constantly growing multinational organization.
Real Work-Life Balance: Central Shift schedule (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h) with 1 flexible hour for lunch.

- Corporate Wellbeing: Access to CEVA's Exclusive Employee Support Program (physical, emotional, and psychological health) and included Life Insurance.

- Development: Unlimited access to our global continuous training platform to connect you with world-class best practices.

- Employee Benefits: Special discount program and exclusive advantages for Group personnel.

- Restaurant Vouchers to facilitate your daily routine during the workday.

Are you ready to lead on the ground with a number 1?
If you are looking for a technological, multicultural, and challenging environment where your management and leadership skills make a difference in the Amazon account, we want to meet you!
