We are looking for an autonomous and proactive profile with a solution-oriented mindset, who not only manages the day-to-day operations but also drives technical transformation and leads key transversal projects for the company.

Reporting to the Operations Director and leading the Engineering team, your main functions will be:
¿ Product Engineering: Comprehensively coordinate the product life cycle, from technical specification and prototyping to the validation of structures (BOM), cost breakdowns, and PDM document management.
¿ Industrialization and Plant: Ensure the correct transfer of technical data between Engineering, Planning, and Production. Validate tooling, CNC machining, and coordinate international machinery suppliers.
¿ Processes and Continuous Improvement: Drive the optimization of production processes in the plant to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction in transversal coordination with Quality and Production.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
¿ Experience: Between 5 and 10 years in industrial engineering, technical office, or industrialization. Previous experience in board processes and rigid machining (cutting, CNC, assembly) is valued.
¿ Technology: Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM tools (Solid Works, TopSolid, ProSolid 3D or equivalents) and data integration with ERP systems.
¿ Languages: Fluent and operational English (B2 or higher), necessary for interacting and negotiating with international suppliers.
¿ Skills: Leadership, proactivity, accustomed to interdepartmental relations, and high autonomy.
¿ Own vehicle

Reportando a la Dirección de Operaciones y liderando el equipo de Ingeniería, tus funciones principales serán:
¿ Ingeniería de Producto: Coordinar de forma integral el ciclo de vida del producto, desde su especificación técnica y prototipado hasta la validación de estructuras (BOM), escandallos y gestión documental PDM.
¿ Industrialización y Planta: Asegurar la correcta transferencia de datos técnicos entre Ingeniería, Planificación y Producción. Validar utillajes, mecanizados CNC y coordinar proveedores internacionales de maquinaria.
¿ Procesos y Mejora Continua: Impulsar la optimización de procesos productivos en planta para mejorar la productividad, calidad y reducción de costes en coordinación transversal con Calidad y Producción.

Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o similar.
¿ Experiencia: Entre 5 y 10 años en ingeniería industrial, oficina técnica o
industrialización. Valorable experiencia previa en procesos de tablero y mecanizados rígidos (corte, CNC, montaje).
¿ Tecnología: Conocimiento sólido de herramientas CAD/CAM (Solid Works,
TopSolid, ProSolid 3D o equivalentes) e integración de datos con sistemas ERP.
¿ Idiomas: Inglés fluido y operativo (B2 o superior), necesario para interactuar y negociar con proveedores internacionales.
¿ Habilidades: Liderazgo, proactividad, habituado a la relación interdepartamental y alta autonomía.
