We are looking for an autonomous and proactive profile with a solution-oriented mindset, who not only manages the day-to-day operations but also drives technical transformation and leads key transversal projects for the company.

Reporting to the Operations Director and leading the Engineering team, your main functions will be:
¿ Product Engineering: Comprehensively coordinate the product life cycle, from technical specification and prototyping to the validation of structures (BOM), cost breakdowns, and PDM document management.
¿ Industrialization and Plant: Ensure the correct transfer of technical data between Engineering, Planning, and Production. Validate tooling, CNC machining, and coordinate international machinery suppliers.
¿ Processes and Continuous Improvement: Drive the optimization of production processes in the plant to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction in transversal coordination with Quality and Production.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
¿ Experience: Between 5 and 10 years in industrial engineering, technical office, or industrialization. Previous experience in board processes and rigid machining (cutting, CNC, assembly) is valued.
¿ Technology: Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM tools (Solid Works, TopSolid, ProSolid 3D or equivalents) and data integration with ERP systems.
¿ Languages: Fluent and operational English (B2 or higher), necessary for interacting and negotiating with international suppliers.
¿ Skills: Leadership, proactivity, accustomed to interdepartmental relations, and high autonomy.
¿ Own vehicle
