We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for one of our clients, for their Logistics Center in Ourense.

Coordinate and direct all warehouse activities with the aim of meeting demand in a timely and proper manner.

- Organize, coordinate, and distribute the delegation's work by shifts based on the workload, managing the team of people in charge.
- Support distributors in resolving incidents arising in the shipping and traceability of the product.
- Supervise the movement of goods in the delegation, guaranteeing stock reliability (physical vs. computer) for both finished products and POS materials.
- Supervise purchases, ensuring the correct identification, location, and daily update of the inventory in the WMS.
- Control product quality (both physical and shelf life), taking decision-making responsibility regarding its reception or rejection.
- Document any incident with the carrier in the WMS, as well as internal manual movements (breakages, losses, or inventory corrections).
- Guarantee the service level and food supply (own deliveries) where applicable, as well as place purchase orders (HdR, CCEP, Cabreiroá, Cuevas, Customdrinks, etc.).
- Maintain fluid communication with the commercial area to ensure the correct functioning of the warehouse during promotions or demand peaks.
- Jointly coordinate with the team the entry of distributors for the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Guarantee security and access control to the warehouse, ensuring regulatory compliance in the OSH portal for contractors and distributors (with the support of the SAC) and acting as Site Safety Leader (SSL) with the authority to stop operations, manage loads, or expel those who violate the rules from the center.
- Supervise the correct maintenance of facilities and equipment, acting as a direct link for the detection and validation of work.
- Lead the Kaizen philosophy in the workplace.

We are looking for a person with a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and a people-oriented approach. Someone with the ability to coordinate and manage teams through planning and organization, standing out for their rigor and clear orientation towards quality in the daily management of the warehouse.

- At least 5 years of experience performing functions in a similar role; 3 years of previous experience in the sector is highly valued.
- Academic requirement: Higher Vocational Training (ideally Higher Vocational Training in Logistics or similar), High School diploma or equivalent (passed access test for Higher Vocational Training or University).
- Experience with MS Office environment (Excel).
- Specific knowledge: knowledge and experience in SAP and WMS are highly valued.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a de Almacén con experiencia para uno de nuestros clientes, para su Centro Logístico en Ourense.

Coordinar y dirigir todas las actividades del almacén con el objetivo de satisfacer la demanda en tiempo y forma.

- Organizar, coordinar y distribuir el trabajo de la delegación por turnos en función de la carga de trabajo, gestionando el equipo de personas a cargo.
- Apoyar a los distribuidores en la resolución de incidencias surgidas en la expedición y trazabilidad del producto.
- Supervisar el movimiento de mercancías en la delegación, garantizando la fiabilidad del stock (físico vs. informático) tanto de producto terminado como de PLV.
- Supervisar las compras, asegurando la correcta identificación, ubicación y actualización diaria del inventario en el SGA.
- Controlar la calidad del producto (tanto física como de vida útil), asumiendo la toma de decisiones respecto a su recepción o rechazo.
- Documentar en el SGA cualquier incidencia con el transportista, así como los movimientos manuales internos (roturas, pérdidas o correcciones de inventario).
- Garantizar el nivel de servicio y el suministro alimentario (entregas propias) donde aplique, así como realizar los pedidos de compras (HdR, CCEP, Cabreiroá, Cuevas, Customdrinks, etc.).
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con el área comercial para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del almacén ante promociones o picos de demanda.
- Coordinar de forma conjunta con el equipo la entrada de distribuidores para la carga y descarga de camiones.
- Garantizar la seguridad y el control de accesos al almacén, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo en el portal de PRL de contratas y distribuidores (con el apoyo del SAC) y ejerciendo como Site Safety Leader (SSL) con autoridad para paralizar operaciones, gestionar cargas o expulsar del centro a quienes incumplan las normas.
- Supervisar el correcto mantenimiento de las instalaciones y equipos, actuando como enlace directo para la detección y validación de los trabajos.
- Liderar la filosofía Kaizen en el centro de trabajo.

Buscamos a una persona con un alto grado de autonomía, proactividad y orientación hacia las personas. Alguien con capacidad para coordinar y gestionar equipos a través de la planificación y la organización, destacando por su rigor y su clara orientación hacia la calidad en la gestión diaria del almacén.

- Experiencia de al menos 5 años realizando funciones en un rol similar, siendo muy valorable aportar experiencia previa de 3 años en el sector.
- Requerimiento académico: FP Superior (idealmente FP Superior en Logística o similar), Bachillerato o equivalencia (prueba de acceso a FP Superior o a la Universidad aprobada).
- Experiencia con entorno MS Office (Excel).
- Conocimientos específicos: muy valorable conocimientos y experiencia en SAP y SGA.
