Comprehensive Healthcare Activity: Diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with allergic pathologies (respiratory, food, drug, skin, and hymenoptera venoms) both in outpatient clinics and day hospitals.

Functional and Provocation Tests: Performance and supervision of skin tests, respiratory functional tests, and controlled tolerance/provocation tests in a maximum security environment.

Immunotherapy: Prescription, control, and follow-up of allergen-specific immunotherapy treatments.

Teaching and Collaboration: Active participation in the service's clinical sessions, hospital committees, and the training of residents (MIR) and medical students, taking advantage of the center's university character.

University Degree: Degree in Medicine and Surgery.

Official Specialty: Specialist degree in Allergology obtained via the MIR route (or, failing that, a foreign degree with the corresponding homologation from the Spanish Ministry of Health already completed and granted).

Professional Registration: Registered (or in a position to process registration immediately) with any of the Official Colleges of Physicians in Catalonia (Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, or Tarragona).

Actividad Asistencial Integral: Diagnóstico, tratamiento y seguimiento de pacientes con patologías alérgicas (respiratoria, alimentaria, medicamentosa, cutánea y venenos de himenópteros) tanto en consultas externas como en hospital de día.

Pruebas Funcionales y de Provocación: Realización y supervisión de pruebas cutáneas, funcionales respiratorias y test de tolerancia/provocación controlada en un entorno de máxima seguridad.

Inmunoterapia: Pauta, control y seguimiento de tratamientos con inmunoterapia alérgeno-específica.

Docencia y Colaboración: Participación activa en las sesiones clínicas del servicio, comisiones hospitalarias y en la formación de residentes (MIR) y estudiantes de medicina, aprovechando el carácter universitario del centro.

Titulación Universitaria: Licenciatura o Grado en Medicina y Cirugía.

Especialidad Oficial: Título de Especialista en Alergología obtenido por la vía MIR (o, en su defecto, título extranjero con la correspondiente homologación del Ministerio de Sanidad de España ya finalizada y concedida).

Colegiación: Estar colegiado/a (o en disposición de tramitar la colegiación de forma inmediata) en cualquiera de los Colegios Oficiales de Médicos de Cataluña (Barcelona, Girona, Lleida o Tarragona).
