The primary objective of this position is to safely and efficiently operate the Liebherr material handler for the loading, unloading, sorting, and movement of materials within the plant. The operator will be responsible for ensuring a constant flow of materials while adhering to safety standards and equipment preventive maintenance.

• Equipment Operation: Operate the Liebherr wheeled excavator using the grapple attachment for precise material handling.
• Loading and Sorting: Sort different types of waste or raw materials according to plant protocols and feed production lines or transport containers.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily pre-use inspections (oil levels, hydraulic hose condition, tire pressure, and grapple condition).
• Operational Safety: Operate while respecting load and stability limits, especially when working near infrastructure such as filtration systems or industrial piping.
• Cleanliness and Order: Keep the work area clear and ensure the cleanliness of the cabin and critical machine points.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years operating wheeled excavators or industrial material handlers.
• Certification: Valid heavy machinery operator's license and training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) specific to this type of machinery.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic systems and the ability to identify noises or mechanical failures before they become serious breakdowns.

El objetivo principal de este puesto es operar de manera segura y eficiente la excavadora de manipulación Liebherr para la carga, descarga, clasificación y movimiento de materiales en planta. El operador será responsable de garantizar que el flujo de materiales se mantenga constante, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad y mantenimiento preventivo del equipo.

• Operación de Equipo: Manejar la excavadora sobre ruedas Liebherr utilizando el implemento de pinza para la manipulación precisa de materiales.
• Carga y Clasificación: Clasificar diferentes tipos de residuos o materias primas según los protocolos de la planta y alimentar las líneas de producción o contenedores de transporte.
• Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar inspecciones diarias antes del uso (niveles de aceite, estado de las mangueras hidráulicas, presión de neumáticos y estado de la pinza).
• Seguridad Operacional: Operar respetando los límites de carga y estabilidad, especialmente al trabajar cerca de infraestructuras como sistemas de filtración o tuberías industriales.
• Limpieza y Orden: Mantener el área de trabajo despejada y asegurar la limpieza de la cabina y los puntos críticos de la máquina.

• Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años operando excavadoras de ruedas o manipuladoras de materiales industriales.
• Certificación: Carnet de operador de maquinaria pesada en vigor y formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) específica para este tipo de máquinas.
• Conocimientos: Familiaridad con sistemas hidráulicos y capacidad para identificar ruidos o fallos mecánicos antes de que se conviertan en averías graves.
