Randstad is looking for you! We are selecting repalletizing operators for a major industrial company located in Montblanc. If you have full availability to work continuously from June 19th to June 29th on the morning shift, this is your opportunity!

Continuous manual transfer and repalletizing: Constantly and repetitively move glass bottles from incorrect pallets to new/correct pallets to ensure proper storage and subsequent dispatch.

Load handling: Ensure that bottles are placed stably and securely on the new pallet to prevent breakage or merchandise from falling.

Maintaining order: Remove defective pallets and keep the assigned work area on the line clear and clean.

Physical capacity and tolerance for monotony: As this is a repetitive and constant task (continuous transfer of bottles), good physical endurance, dynamism, and tolerance for routine tasks are required.

Use of pallet jack (Highly valued): Experience or proficiency with manual or electric pallet jacks to move pallets within the area will be a significant plus, although it is not an essential requirement for the position.

Full availability: Absolute commitment to work on a continuous basis during the morning shift from 06/19 to 06/29.

Residency: Preferably in Montblanc or nearby towns in the Conca de Barberà region.

Competitive salary: €10.01 gross per base hour and €14.01 gross per overtime hour worked.

Fixed calendar: Short-term contract from 06/19 to 06/29.

Intensive schedule: Morning shift (expected from 06:00 to 14:00). As this is a continuous service, the workday is carried out without intermediate breaks to ensure the plant's flow.

Overtime: Real possibility of working overtime based on the needs of the production service.

Si tienes disponibilidad total para trabajar de forma continuada del 19 de junio al 29 de junio en el turno de mañana, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

Traspaso y repaletizado manual continuo: Mover de forma constante y repetitiva las botellas de vidrio desde los palets incorrectos hacia los palets nuevos/correctos para asegurar su adecuado almacenamiento y posterior expedición.

Manipulación de cargas: Asegurar que las botellas se colocan de forma estable y segura en el nuevo paletizado para evitar roturas o desprendimientos de la mercancía.

Mantenimiento del orden: Retirar los palets defectuosos y mantener despejada y limpia la zona de trabajo asignada en la línea.

Capacidad física y tolerancia a la monotonía: Al ser una tarea repetitiva y constante (traspaso continuo de botellas), se requiere buena resistencia física, dinamismo y tolerancia a tareas rutinarias.

Uso de transpaleta (Muy valorable): Si tienes experiencia o manejo con transpaleta manual o eléctrica para mover los palets dentro de la zona, será un plus importante, aunque no es un requisito imprescindible para optar al puesto.

Disponibilidad total: Compromiso absoluto para trabajar en servicio continuado en el turno de mañana del 19/06 al 29/06.

Residencia: Preferiblemente en Montblanc o en poblaciones cercanas de la comarca de la Conca de Barberà.

Salario competitivo: 10,01 €/brutos la hora base y 14,01 €/brutos la hora extra realizada.

Calendario cerrado: Contrato de corta duración del 19/06 al 29/06.

Horario intensivo: Turno de mañana (previsiblemente de 06:00 a 14:00). Al tratarse de un servicio continuado, la jornada se realiza sin descansos intermedios para asegurar el flujo de la planta.

Horas extra: Posibilidad real de realizar horas extraordinarias según las necesidades del servicio de producción.
