Fitting and Assembly Staff

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carry out the assembly, fitting, and joining of mechanical components and structures according to technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and auxiliary machinery typical of a boiler-making/assembly workshop.
• Verify the correct operation and adjustment of installed parts to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain order and strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations at the workplace.
• Demonstrable experience as an assembler, fitter, or industrial mechanic in workshops in the metal sector.
• Immediate start
• Contract: Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension
• Possibility of continuing with the company based on demonstrated performance
• Salary according to the Metal Industry Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with morning or afternoon shifts.

En tu día a día, te encargarás de las siguientes funciones:
- Realizar el montaje, ajuste y ensamblaje de componentes mecánicos y estructuras siguiendo los planos técnicos.
- Utilizar herramientas manuales, eléctricas y maquinaria auxiliar propia del taller de calderería/montaje.
- Verificar el correcto funcionamiento y ajuste de las piezas instaladas para asegurar los estándares de calidad.
- Mantener el orden y cumplir estrictamente con las normativas de seguridad y salud laboral en el puesto de trabajo.

- Experiencia demostrable como montador/a, ajustador/a o mecánico/a industrial en talleres del sector metal.

- Incorporación inmediata
- Contratación: Contrato inicial de 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga
- Posibilidad de continuar en la empresa según valía demostrada
- Salario según Convenio Colectivo del Metal del Principado de Asturias.
- Jornada completa en horario de Lunes a Viernes en turnos de mañana o tarde.
