Do you have experience in procurement departments? This could be your opportunity to continue developing.
Procurement Front Desk: providing support in local language to internal and external customers on their needs around the Requisition to Pay process.
-Execute the buy process for low value and non-strategic goods & services on an efficient manner.
-Create and maintain purchasing documents and support other buyers
-Payment problems resolution (investigation and improvement).
-Vendor Master Management: create, maintain and approve suppliers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization within the Procurement Service Center.
Languages: English + any other European language
Skills: Excel, detail oriented, time management, adaptability, teamwork
SAP / Ariba knowledge is a plus
Experience in logistics tasks and the use of a Transportation Management System (TMS) or Trax is a plus.
