Our company is in constant evolution, and we are looking to incorporate a dynamic professional with organizational skills and a passion for the agrifood sector into our Quality and R&D team.

We are seeking a technical profile to get involved in both the development of new products and the maintenance of quality standards and the management of innovation projects.

1. Innovation and Development (R&D)
Comprehensive management of new product development projects.

Project planning and definition of the necessary recipes.

Preparation of samples at both the laboratory and pilot plant levels.

Performance of physicochemical analyses of products developed in the laboratory.

Preparation, shipping, and tracking of samples for clients.

Technical assistance and supervision during the first industrial productions.

2. Funded Projects and Approvals
Active participation and technical management of the company in funded R&D projects (conducting tests, writing technical reports, and attending consortium meetings).

Approval of raw materials and auxiliary materials through testing (laboratory/plant) and corresponding reports.

3. Legislation and Quality
Constant legislative review and development/revision of labels (preparation of legal text reports).

After receiving the corresponding internal training (or if you already have the experience), you will act as an Internal Auditor, performing the assigned audits within the company's quality system.

Minimum Education: Higher Technician Degree (FP 2) in Food Industry Processes and Quality, Canning, or similar.

A University Degree in Food Process and Product Innovation, Food Science and Technology, or similar technical fields will also be very positively valued (not essential if the candidate has the FP 2 and experience).
