Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to keep our energy at its peak!

• Execute electrical/electronic and/or instrumentation maintenance activities (work orders) according to the Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance Program assigned during the shift.
• Repair equipment on standby and in custody as assigned according to the management indicated by the Coordinator, Technician_1, Planner, or Maintenance Analyst.
• Perform corrective repairs during the shift in the shortest possible time.
• Carry out equipment inspections according to the area's maintenance plan.
• Properly complete work orders (WOs) and log the man-hours used in the various activities.

Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) with the possibility of a fifth shift.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Education: Completed technical studies in industrial electricity, electrotechnics, or industrial machinery and process control or related fields.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage operations, PLC programming and variable frequency drive configuration, hot work, confined spaces, load lifting and working at heights, and basic Excel skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in mass consumer goods companies or manufacturing companies with continuous processes. Experience in the industrial sector is desirable.

• Reparar los equipos en Stand by y en custodia asignados de acuerdo con la gestión indicada por el Coordinador, Técnico_1, Planificador o Analista de Mantenimiento.
• Realizar las reparaciones Correctivos durante el turno, en el menor tiempo posible.
• Realizar las Inspecciones a los equipos, de acuerdo con el Plan de mantenimiento del área.
• Realizar el correcto llenado de las Órdenes de trabajo (OT) y cargar las horas hombre utilizadas en las diferentes actividades.

Para tener éxito en esta función, necesitará las siguientes calificaciones:

• Formación: Estudios técnicos culminados en electricidad industrial, electrotecnia o controlista de máquinas y procesos industriales o a fines.
• Conocimiento de maniobras en media y baja tensión, Programación de PLC y configuración de variadores, trabajos en caliente, espacios confinados, izaje de carga y altura Manejo de Excel básico.
• Experiencia no menor de 3 años en empresas de Consumo Masivo, o Manufactureras con procesos continuos. Deseable experiencia en el sector Industrial
