Industrial Maintenance Operator

From our RAS VIC office, we are recruiting an INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE OPERATOR for a meat company located in SANT JULIÀ DE VILATORTA.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical and automation installations.
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs and start up equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
- Take part in equipment improvement and optimization programs, proposing actions to increase reliability and reduce costs.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations during maintenance operations.

👍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Technical training: Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent studies.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food sector or in environments with safety and hygiene requirements.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills for the proper transfer of information between shifts.

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

- Agency contract + PERMANENT HIRE.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, then morning shift.
- Salary: ACCORDING TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.

Desde la oficina RAS VIC seleccionem OPERARI/ÀRIA MANTENIMENT INDUSTRIAL per a empresa carnià ubicada a SANT JULIÀ DE VILATORTA.

👌 LES TEVES RESPONSABILITATS:

- Realitzar el manteniment preventiu i correctiu de les instal·lacions mecàniques, elèctriques i d’automatització.
- Diagnosticar avaries, executar reparacions i posar en marxa equips per minimitzar els temps d’aturada i garantir la continuïtat productiva.
- Participar en programes de millora i optimització d’equips, proposant accions per augmentar la fiabilitat i reduir costos.
- Complir i vetllar pel compliment de les normes d’higiene i seguretat alimentària durant les actuacions de manteniment.

👍 QUÈ NECESSITEM DE TU?

- Formació tècnica: Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà/Superior en Manteniment Electromecànic, Electrotècnia, Mecatrònica o estudis equivalents.
- Experiència mínima d’1-2 anys en manteniment industrial, preferentment en el sector alimentari o en entorns amb exigències de seguretat i higiene.
- Actitud proactiva, capacitat de treball en equip i excel·lents habilitats de comunicació per al correcte traspàs d’informació entre torns.

- Contracte ETT + INCORPORACIÓ EMPRESA.
- Horari: De dilluns a divendres de 12 a 20h, després intensiu de matí.
- Salari: SEGONS CONVENI.
