People & Culture is looking for a Junior Process Execution Analyst based in Ciudad Financiera (Boadilla del Monte).

As a Junior Process Execution Analyst, you will be part of a global team that combines operations, analysis, and technology to optimize processes, ensure data quality, and support the execution of corporate campaigns and activities. You will have the opportunity to work with automation tools, generative AI, and digital solutions that will allow you to develop new capabilities and actively participate in the modernization of P&C processes.

  • Driving automation and operational efficiency, using digital tools, Power Platform, and AI to optimize processes and reduce manual tasks.

  • Designing and improving automated flows that support daily operations and contribute to a more digital, scalable, and data-based model.

  • Identifying optimization opportunities through the analysis of processes and recurring incidents, proposing preventive and corrective actions.

  • Applying AI-based solutions to document, analyze information, and generate content that facilitates decision-making.

  • Providing operational support to Workday in the functional module for Workday modules, ensuring agile and secure execution.

  • Managing functional queries and incidents, ensuring their analysis, prioritization, and compliance with SLAs.

  • Executing key operational activities in Workday, including data management, validations, functional reviews, and user support.

  • Preparing and executing data loads (EIB) and controlled corrections with corresponding traceability and quality controls.

  • Collaborating with global and local People & Culture, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure an integrated operation and continuous improvement.

Professional Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in process automation, data analysis, or technical support in corporate platforms. (Mandatory)

  • Experience with tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, VBA, Python, or other operational support technologies. (Mandatory)

  • Experience participating in support processes in HR areas, data management, or reporting. (Preferred)
