What are we looking for?
Students enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's/Master's degree who want to complete their studies and develop their career starting in July 2026 in a solid financial institution, recognized as one of the best banks in the world according to FORBES.
You will collaborate on various real projects, learning from the best professionals in the areas of:
Human Resources (Recruitment, Training, Administration, Compensation)
Marketing (Analytical, Strategic, Brand)
Communication (Internal, External and Social Media, Institutional)

What do we offer?
Paid internship 💸: Every effort deserves its reward and yours will be no exception!
6-month duration 📅: starting from July or September 2026, renewable up to one year.
You will have a tutor 🧑🏫: who will support you during your stay at Bankinter.
Morning schedule from 9 to 2 p.m. 🌞: so you can continue studying in the afternoon.
In-person attendance 🏢: at our offices (Castellana, Alcobendas, and Tres Cantos)
2 weeks off! ⛱️: One week at Christmas and another in summer.
