Currently, we are looking for a Store Manager for our store located in CC. Pirámides on a permanent contract of 40 hours per week who wants to be part of an exceptional human team.

What will your functions in the store be?

- You will drive sales by guaranteeing customer service standards and ensuring that a unique sales experience is generated for our customers.

- You will handle staff selection to choose your store team, train new talents, and organize schedules and vacations to ensure the proper functioning of the store.

- You will analyze KPIs and design action plans together with your team to positively impact the achievement of store objectives.

- You will control stock, visual merchandising, and store order with the help of all the tools we provide.

- You will be in charge of leading, motivating, and inspiring your team.
