What will your job consist of?

You will join the procurement projects and tenders department at our center located in Las Rozas.

Your mission will be to analyze, monitor, and manage budgets and KPIs for the procurement area, as well as serve as the liaison between procurement and projects.

To achieve this, you will perform functions such as:

  • Control of project budgets, identification of Risks and Opportunities.
  • Monitoring of area objectives and their corresponding KPIs.
  • Procurement functions and activities carried out within Projects.
  • Coordination of procurement teams across different projects.
  • Support for tenders and preparation of procurement budgets for the area.
  • Support for the short/medium/long-term Procurement strategy.
  • Reporting and controlling.
  • Being result- and customer-oriented, proposing and suggesting technical, organizational, etc., improvements.

What we are looking for in you:

  • ESSENTIAL: Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering / Engineering Degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar positions involving the review, control, and monitoring of project budgets and tenders.
  • Advanced conversational English, negotiation level.
  • Experience with SAP (Procurement Module) is valued.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
