What would your job consist of?

You will join the Mechanical Installations purchasing area at our center located in Las Rozas.

Your mission will be to analyze and manage the purchase and acquisition of Systems and Materials in the national and international markets.

To achieve this, you will perform functions such as:

  • Leading and managing the strategy for the purchasing categories for which you are responsible.
  • Sending and evaluating requests for quotations.
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers.
  • Awarding supplies and/or services while meeting quality, deadline, and cost objectives.
  • Facilitating the integration of the supplier with the team responsible for product development.
  • Ensuring the correct transfer of product or service requirements from TALGO to its suppliers.
  • Negotiating supply and/or service contracts according to the models approved by the company. Issuing and keeping purchase orders and documents up to date.
  • Detecting and monitoring risks in the supplies corresponding to the categories under your area of responsibility, as well as generating and deploying the corresponding mitigation measures. Proposing and consolidating saving opportunities.

What we are looking for in you:
