About the position

Do you have experience as a teleoperator or in customer service? This could be your opportunity!

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Customer service via telephone

✔️ Receiving calls and managing cases via email and chat

✔️ Managing customer calls for different brands

✔️ Comprehensive management of inquiries and claims from vehicle owners through various communication channels.

What we offer

🎯 Temporary contract with continuity

💰 Salary: 17,100-18,000€ gross per year

📅 Schedule: 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm
