About the position

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

Prepare and cook food following the established recipes and technical sheets.
Perform the mise en place (prior preparation of ingredients and utensils).
Guarantee the quality, presentation, and flavor of the dishes.
Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (APPCC/HACCP).
Control the conservation, cooking, and service temperatures of the food.
Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and tidy.
Collaborate in the reception, storage, and correct rotation of raw materials (FIFO).
Verify the condition and quality of products before use.
Control food waste and optimize the use of resources.
Support the creation of menus when required.
Work in a coordinated manner with the head chef and the rest of the team.

🎯 Contract: Fixed-term with the possibility of transitioning to the company

💰 Salary: €14.71 gross per hour

📅 Schedule: Rotating shifts Mon-Sun, mornings and afternoons, with legally established breaks

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

Preparar y cocinar los alimentos siguiendo las recetas y fichas técnicas establecidas.
Realizar la mise en place (preparación previa de ingredientes y utensilios).
Garantizar la calidad, presentación y sabor de los platos.
Cumplir estrictamente las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC/HACCP).
Controlar las temperaturas de conservación, cocción y servicio de los alimentos.
Mantener limpio y ordenado el área de trabajo, los equipos y los utensilios.
Colaborar en la recepción, almacenamiento y correcta rotación de materias primas (FIFO).
Verificar el estado y la calidad de los productos antes de su utilización.
Controlar el desperdicio de alimentos y optimizar el uso de los recursos.
Apoyar en la elaboración de menús cuando sea requerido.
Trabajar de forma coordinada con el jefe de cocina y el resto del equipo.
