We are seeking an HVAC AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) in ALCOBENDAS

About the position

Do you have experience in the maintenance of electrical and HVAC installations? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking for individuals with a technical profile to ensure the correct operation of electrical and climate maintenance in a data center.

💡What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance of the Data Center facilities.

✔️ Manage electrical systems: high and low voltage, UPS, generator sets, and lighting.

✔️ Control HVAC systems (chillers, pumps, AHU, CRAC/CRAH).

✔️ Supervise security systems: Fire Protection (detection and extinction), CCTV, and access control.

✔️ Monitor the center's operation from the control room and act upon incidents.

What are we looking for?

What we offer

🎯Contract: Permanent.

💰Salary: According to the collective agreement and experience, with a salary band around €30,000 gross/year. The night shift bonus is paid separately according to the agreement (approx. €140 more per month).

📅Schedule: Rotating weeks: morning week (6:00 to 14:00), afternoon week (14:00 to 22:00), night week (22:00 to 6:00), followed by 12 consecutive days off. During the transition weeks, weekends are worked on 12-hour shifts. Additionally, every 3 months, €120 is paid for availability to cover unforeseen absences of colleagues.
