About the role

Within the framework of our growth and the expansion of our asset portfolio, we are looking to incorporate a Senior Project Manager – Data Center whose main mission will be to lead the comprehensive development of Data Center projects from the opportunity identification phase to the commissioning of the asset, ensuring compliance with the technical, economic, regulatory, and planning objectives established by the company.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensively lead Data Center projects from opportunity and feasibility identification through to commissioning, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and profitability objectives.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, including development, engineering, construction, energy, suppliers, and specialized consultants.

  • Supervise the conceptual, basic, and detailed design of projects, ensuring the correct integration of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and telecommunications infrastructure.

  • Manage project planning through the control of schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Lead the procurement of necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations, maintaining a smooth relationship with administrations, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.

  • Participate in the negotiation and management of EPC contracts, strategic supplies, and technical services required for the development and execution of projects.

  • Monitor the economic performance of projects, controlling CAPEX, budget deviations, and financial forecasts to ensure investment efficiency.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Center, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.

  • Experience in EPC environments, project development, and industrial construction.

  • Technical knowledge: Data Center infrastructure, MV/LV electrical installations, HVAC and critical cooling systems, fire protection systems, power and grid connection, and contract management.
