💡 What you will do on a daily basis

🔹You will make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to manage customer loans and subsequently offer the company's insurance.

🔹Upon receiving an email from ECI regarding a pre-approved loan, the customer calls in interested to learn more and manage it. The conditions of that loan are detailed, the process is managed, and once completed, the amortization insurance is offered. 95% of customers accept this insurance, so if they are not interested, it is not necessary to rebut. Once all that is finished, ECI PERSONAL INSURANCE (HEALTH, LIFE, ACCIDENTS) is offered; here, you MUST rebut to close the insurance sale.

🔹Occasional outbound calling to offer insurance directly to existing customers. This is only done when there are no calls regarding loans.

What we offer;

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 monthly payments (2 extra payments): For the first 6 months €1,186 (including €300 in guaranteed commissions). + generated commissions.

Average commissions: €600-€1,000. Added to one of the best incentive systems on the market (weekly, monthly, and campaigns for product sales). UNCAPPED commissions.

📅 Schedule: from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
