About the position

Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in MADRID CAPITAL.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Multichannel management of customers for a well-known banking entity to provide information and manage queries in ITALIAN and SPANISH.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: PERMANENT.

💰 Salary: 9.69 euros per hour including language bonus + additional incentives.

📅 Schedule: Morning shifts from 07:00 to 16:00 and afternoon shifts from 15:00 to 00:00

🏆 Extras: Selective training provided by the company, paid once the trial period is passed (600 euro grant) and part of it included within the contract.
