About the position

Do you have experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/X) for a water management company, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Customer service, including contract management, activations, cancellations, and the management and communication of faults/breakdowns.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary, starting on 07/20/2026. On-site modality.

💰 Salary: 8.78 gross euros / hour

📅 Schedule: Two shift options, morning or afternoon. The morning shift covers the window (9:00-16:00H) and the afternoon shift (14:00-21:00H); there is a possibility to choose 25, 30, or 35 hours per week.

🏆 Extras: Company-paid training, only 4 days from July 14th to 17th from 9:00-16:00H. The first day will be online and the rest on-site.

✔️Servicio de atención al cliente, incluyendo gestión de contratación, altas, bajas, gestión y comunicación de averías.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Eventual, empezando el 20/07/2026. Modalidad presencial.

💰 Salario: 8,78 euros brutos /hora

📅 Horario: Dos opciones de turno mañana o tarde. Turno de mañana comprende la franja (9:00-16:00H) y el turno de tarde (14:00-21:00H) hay posibilidad de elegir 25, 30 o 35 horas a la semana.

🏆 Extras: Formación a cargo de la empresa, sólo 4 días del 14 al 17 de julio en horario de 9-16H. El primer día será online y el resto presencial.
