About the position

Do you have experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) for a MAJOR INSURANCE COMPANY Mon-Fri, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Customer Service, where we will receive high volumes of calls from the client's internal Contact Center, managing everything from claim reviews, policies, etc.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent

💰 Salary: 8.78 euros gross per hour.

📅 Schedule: 25 hours per week. Mornings from 9:00-14:00h. Split shift 35h from 10:00-14:00h and 15:00 to 18:00h. No weekends. Local holidays included.

🏆 Extras: Company-funded training starting 07/21 (9 days) virtual, except for the second and last day which will be in-person.

✔️ Atención al Cliente, donde recibiremos llamadas desbordadas del Contact Center interno del cliente, se gestionan desde revisión de siniestros, pólizas, etc..

🎯 Contrato: Indefinido

💰 Salario: 8,78 euros/brutos la hora.

📅 Horario: 25 horas semanales. Mañana de 9:00-14:00h. Partido 35h de 10:00-14:00h y de 15:00 a 18:00h. No fines de semanas. Festivos locales sí.

🏆 Extras: Formación a cargo de la empresa empezando el 21/07 (9 días) virtual, excepto el segundo y último día que será presencial.
