About the position

Do you have experience as a CALL CENTER AGENT (M/F/X) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE - INSURANCE SECTOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Receiving calls to manage everything from claims reviews and policies to insured party inquiries.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent, starting on 08/07/2026.

💰 Salary: 8.78 gross euros per hour.

📅 Available schedules: 35 hours/week, afternoon shift from 13:00 to 20:00.

🏆 Extras: Company-paid training starting on 23/06/2026, online modality (afternoon shift schedule to be confirmed).

📅 Horarios disponibles: Jornada 35 h/s, turno tarde de 13:00 a 20:00horas.

🏆 Extras: Formación a cargo de la empresa empezando el día 23/06/2026, modalidad online (por confirmar el horario en turno de tarde).
