About the position

Do you have experience as a ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in MADRID

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Receiving and handling calls from customers with incidents on the road or during travel

✔️ Managing assistance (identifying location, customer needs, coordinating tow trucks... etc.)

✔️ Recording data and providing information to the insured party

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary 2 months + high possibilities of renewal (it is a stable service)

💰 Salary: 9.71 gross euros/hour

📅 Schedule: 30h or 35h weekly shifts

MORNING: from 08:00 to 14:00 or from 09:00 to 15:00 (30h weekly)

AFTERNOON: from 15:00 to 21:00 or 16:00 to 22:00 (30h weekly)

SPLIT SHIFT: from 09:00 to 14:00 + 15:00 to 17:00 (35h weekly)

or from 12:00 to 15:00 + 16:00 to 20:00 (35h weekly)

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Recepción y atención de llamadas de clientes con indecencias en carretera o viaje

✔️ Gestión de asistencias (identificación de ubicación, necesidades del cliente, coordinación de grúas...etc.)

✔️ Registro de datos e información al asegurado

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Eventual 2 meses + altas posibilidades de renovación (es un servicio estable )

💰 Salario: 9,71 euros brutos/hora

📅 Horario: Jornada de 30h o 35h semanales

MAÑANA: de 08:00 a 14:00 o de 09:00 a 15:00 (30h semanales)

TARDE: de 15:00 a 21:00 o 16:00 a 22:00 (30h semanales)

PARTIDO: de 09:00 a 14:00 + 15:00 a 17:00 (35h semanales)
