What are we looking for?

🔹 At least 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer service (automotive sector experience is a plus).

🔹 Good communication skills and customer orientation.

🔹 Proficiency in using office tools.

🔹 Basic knowledge of the automotive sector is valued.

🔹 Minimum C1 level of English, both oral and written.

About the position

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Receiving customer calls (UK customers).

✔️ Incident management.

✔️ Routing to other departments and coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections, and workshops.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

💰 Salary: 9.71 gross euros per hour + Language bonus

📅 Schedule: Working day of 38.5 hours/week. Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Fridays intensive workday from 8:00 to 15:00

🏆 Extras: Paid SELECTIVE training once the 45-day trial period is passed, in HYBRID mode for a duration of 5 days, possible start on 20/07/2026 from 9:00 to 15:00.
