About the position

Do you have experience as a SPECIALIST TELEMARKETER (M,F,X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in MADRID CAPITAL.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Outbound calls to the operator's clients to offer and advise them on home insurance.

✔️ Detection of needs and presentation of the proposal best suited to the client.

✔️ Efficient management of inquiries, doubts, and incidents related to the product.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary (possibility of extension and later moving to permanent). HIRING IS DIRECTLY WITH THE END COMPANY.

💰 Salary: 1,190 euros net/month + attractive incentives.

📅 Schedule: 32.5 hour work week FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (with option to extend hours), from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Training starts Thursday 07/16/2026.

🏆 Extras: Selective training provided by the company (paid once the trial period is passed) + obtaining the insurance mediator certificate.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Emisión de llamadas a clientes del operador para ofrecerles y asesorarles un seguro de hogar.

✔️ Detección de necesidades y presentación de la propuesta más adapta al cliente.

✔️ Gestión eficaz de consultas y dudas e incidencias relacionadas con el producto.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Eventual (posibilidad de prórroga y pasar luego a indefinido). LA CONTRATACIÓN ES DIRECTA CON LA EMPRESA FINAL.

💰 Salario: 1.190 euros b/m + interesantes incentivos.

📅 Horario: Jornada de 32.5 h/s DE LUNES A VIERNES (con opción de ampliación de jornada), en los horarios de 11:00-18:00hrs. Inicio de la formación Jueves 16/07/2026.

🏆 Extras: Formación selectiva a cargo de la empresa (remunerada una vez superado el periodo de prueba) + obtención del certificado de mediador de seguros.
