Valeo is offering an Internship program within HR Project Area you will support to different HR activities, and participates to the operational success of the HR performance on the Site, as for example:

- To collaborate in driving projects within HR and secure harmonization and standardization together with global process owners.

- To support HR team on ensuring a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access.

- To collaborate in HR task efficiencies already implemented and new ones, assuring the speed in processes along the network.

- Identify and collaborate in dependencies with other transformation projects.

- To consider the new digitization processes that can be implemented.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

- Computer Engineering Degree or Master. (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)

- Google Drive and programing skills.

- Passionate about HR topics.

- Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.

- Professionalism and transparency.

- Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
