POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to bring on a junior hydrogeology technician to join the team and participate in the comprehensive management of projects related to groundwater abstraction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collection of water samples and measurement of levels, flow rates, and in-situ physicochemical parameters
  • Control and supervision of drilling works, as well as the construction and rehabilitation of wells and boreholes
  • Supervision of fieldwork and sampling campaigns
  • Measurement of operational parameters for abstraction points
  • Design and monitoring of wells and piezometers
  • Coordination of all aspects: legal, construction, rehabilitation, equipment, and commissioning.
  • Preparation of technical reports and project summaries
  • Interpretation of hydrogeological data and water quality analysis
  • Management of administrative permits and authorizations
  • Environmental impact assessment regarding hydrogeological aspects
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams
