As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you'll help shape how people discover us, choose us, and grow with us.

How will it be to work with us?

🔎 Run full-cycle recruitment-from kick-off to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs, team culture, and what makes someone the right fit.

💬 Be a trusted advisor-leading profile kick-offs, sharing market insights, advising on strategy, and helping managers make great hiring decisions.

🔍 Get creative with sourcing-especially for hard-to-fill roles. Use LinkedIn and smart sourcing tools to map the market and build proactive talent pipelines.

📊 Use data to make hiring better-spot trends, remove bottlenecks, and find ways to streamline processes with automation and fresh ideas.

💼 Bring our brand to life-from LinkedIn to Glassdoor to our careers site. Create content and campaigns that tell our story and attract the people we want on board.

🎓 Grow our talent pipeline-represent Volotea at recruitment fairs, build partnerships with schools and universities, and strengthen our future talent flow.

What will make you succeed in this role?

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Hands-on experience using sourcing tools-especially LinkedIn Recruiter-to find and engage niche or hard-to-reach talent.

• Strong internal client orientation-you understand the value of partnership and service in HR.

• You're proactive, resilient, and know how to juggle priorities with a smile.

• You're absolutely detail-oriented, organized, and love finding ways to improve how things work.

• You speak both English and Spanish fluently-and enjoy working across cultures. French and Italian are a nice to have.
