We are reinforcing our Production & Supply Chain team.
We are looking for a Country Production Process Manager who will ensure efficient production planning, material availability, and a stable operational flow. The role is key to maintaining high service levels, operational stability, and seamless coordinator across core functions in all Spanish facilities.

What you can look forward to as a Country Production Process Manager:

Plan production and adjust schedules according to demand and actual availability.
Coordinate with production plants to ensure operational feasibility.
Manage priorities and production sequencing.
Ensure the availability of raw materials and critical components.
Identify supply risks and collaborate with Procurement to mitigate them.
Optimize stock levels and balance inventories between plants.
Analyze stock rotation, obsolescence, and inventory behavior.
Track planning KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Your profile as a Country Production Process Manager:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in transport, logistics and industrial planning is necessary
ERP experience, ideally SAP is necessary
Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI or dashboard tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
Lean mindset and structured process thinking.
Ability to anticipate risks and manage priorities effectively.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Fluent Spanish and good English knowledge is necessary
