Procurement and Facilities Specialist

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.

-At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at both national and international levels.

-English level: C1

-Advanced Excel skills

-Experience in international environments

-Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems

You will be responsible for:

-Vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and facilities coordination.

-Manage the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and launch of international tenders and RFPs.

-Analyze expenditure, prepare budgets, and monitor budget performance

-End-to-end office management, space optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and office refurbishment and fit-out projects
