Track Lead - Saviynt, Java

Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while empowering teams through effective people management. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in SAVIYNT and Java development, alongside strong leadership skills to drive innovation and enhance overall organizational performance.Saviynt L3 JD Profile Summary: • Supported / Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals • Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc. • Strong background in coding and development using Java • Demonstrate strong technical skills • Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills • Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident • Be a strong team player Must Have Technical Skills: • Total 8 years of experience in development/Implementation of Saviynt IGA tool • Minimum 2 years of Level 3 support of Saviynt IGA • Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt. • Strong Java debugging skills • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs. • Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt component • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products. • Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts • Customer Facing Exposure is must

5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Applying Java Development Principles And Saviynt Capabilities, Ensuring Business Results Are Achieved Effectively.
