Qué buscan

10+ years of experience in technology environments, with at least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
Proven background in technology consulting (mandatory).
Experience managing complex projects and international clients.
Experience owning delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
Strong technical expertise in Data and AI (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc), combined with knowledge of Cloud (Azure or AWS) and Web.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

El puesto

We are seeking a Delivery Director with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space. This person will be responsible for project delivery, acting as a trusted technical and consulting partner to national and international clients.

The role combines technical leadership, project and people management, being the owner of client relationships.

Qué harás

Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
Supervise and coordinate teams of 10-20 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Ensure excellence in project delivery across Data and AI (Python, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.).
Support in the definition and presentation of client proposals, acting as the main technical and business point of contact.
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Drive farming initiatives: identify new opportunities, craft innovative proposals, and foster sustainable account growth.
