Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, or related field), Environmental Sciences, or Health & Safety.
Experience: Proven experience in digital transformation, EHS system integration, data analytics, or software implementation.
Soft skills: Strong change management capabilities, high adaptability to new technologies, and ability to work in a collaborative, networking mode.
Languages: Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Technical knowledge: Expertise in EHS management software, dashboarding/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), AI applications, and data governance.
Valuable / Nice to have: Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Management, or prior experience integrating EHS tools with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HR platforms).

Job Description:
An opportunity for an EHS Digital Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Team to drive the digitalization, innovation, and continuous improvement of our EHS processes and systems. The department is dedicated to promoting a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace through cutting-edge technology. The team is multidisciplinary and works in close collaboration with IT, operations, and external vendors to lead digital transformation initiatives, including data governance and AI integration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
Manage and evolve EHS dashboards and KPI data, ensuring accurate deployment, data integrity, and robust governance policies across systems.
Identify, evaluate, and implement digital solutions and technology roadmaps to enhance overall EHS performance, compliance, and process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations, Maintenance, and external vendors) to design, deploy, and integrate EHS software tools and reporting platforms.
Lead change management initiatives to drive a digital-first mindset across the EHS population and foster the adoption of new tools.
Extend the deployment of AI features and monitor emerging digital trends to continuously modernize EHS systems.
Support data analytics and system integration, aligning EHS digital projects with corporate IT architecture and business objectives.
