Prep Staff (Afternoon-Night Shift, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM, Sunday-Friday)

Prepare and check orders and merchandise, according to the instructions of the Preparation Supervisor, with the aim
of facilitating their dispatch to the points of sale.

Main duties

• Assign the products requested in the orders to the stores.
• Check stock and remove products that do not meet quality requirements.
• Prepare and correct orders.
• Place merchandise in the warehouse.
• Check and rotate merchandise.
• Review and control merchandise that has been sent to waste.
• Optimize resources in production tasks (materials to be used, hours, etc.).
• Keep the work environment and workplace clean and tidy.
• Use and maintain in good condition the manual and mechanical tools required to carry out the assigned tasks.
• Propose improvement actions.
• Ensure the updating and reliability of the department's databases.
• Ensure compliance with the established deadlines in those actions that require it.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations on data protection and access to information.
• Ensure safety and health in the workplace, in accordance with established procedures and current regulations on occupational risk prevention.
• Any other function inherent to the position or professional group to which it belongs, that may be assigned.

Periodic / Occasional Duties

• Check the condition of the assets corresponding to meat and fish preparation.
• Receive fruit and vegetable orders.
• Collaborate in carrying out the inventory of merchandise existing in the logistics center warehouse.
• Report the information from their area of responsibility that is requested of them.
• Replace other positions in the organization in their absence (vacations, leave, etc.).
• Participate in department or area meetings, as well as interdepartmental meetings.

Preparar y revisar los pedidos y la mercancía, de acuerdo a las indicaciones del Responsable de Preparación, con el objetivo
de facilitar el envío de los mismos a los puntos de venta.

Funciones principales

• Asignar a las tiendas los productos solicitados en los pedidos.
• Comprobar el stock y retirar los productos que no cumplan con los requisitos de calidad.
• Preparar y corregir los pedidos.
• Ubicar la mercancía en el almacén.
• Comprobar y rotar la mercancía.
• Revisar y controlar la mercancía que ha sido enviada a mermas.
• Optimizar recursos en sus labores de producción (materiales a utilizar, horas, etc.).
• Mantener limpio y ordenado el entorno y lugar de trabajo.
• Utilizar y mantener en buen estado, las herramientas manuales y mecánicas requeridas para el desarrollo de los trabajos asignados.
• Proponer acciones de mejora.
• Velar por la actualización y la fiabilidad de las bases de datos del departamento.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos y acceso a la información.
• Velar por la seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Cualquier otra función inherente al puesto de trabajo o grupo profesional al que pertenece, que le sea atribuida.

Funciones Periódicas / Ocasionales

• Comprobar el estado de los activos correspondientes a la preparación de carne y pescado.
• Recepcionar los pedidos de fruta y verdura.
• Colaborar en la realización del inventario de mercancía existente en el almacén del centro logístico.
• Reportar la información de su ámbito que le sea requerida.
• Sustituir a otros puestos de la organización, en su ausencia (vacaciones, bajas, etc.).
• Participar en las reuniones del departamento o área, así como en las reuniones interdepartamentales.
