The IBEX 35 is the benchmark index of the Spanish stock exchange: the 35 most traded companies on the Madrid bourse, spanning banking (Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Sabadell, Bankinter), energy (Iberdrola, Repsol, Endesa, Naturgy, Solaria), telecoms and tech (Telefónica, Cellnex, Indra, Amadeus), infrastructure (Ferrovial, ACS, Sacyr, Acciona), fashion and beauty (Inditex, Puig) and pharma (Grifols, Rovi). For candidates, the index is a shortcut for a certain kind of employer: large, stable, unionised in parts, with structured career paths, real benefits and — at the multinationals — genuine internal mobility abroad.

This page aggregates the live openings we index at IBEX constituents. It is not limited to Madrid: Iberdrola hires in Bilbao, Inditex in Galicia, Grifols and Puig in Barcelona, and the builders and energy groups staff projects across the country. The index composition is reviewed by BME twice a year, and we track constituents through their subsidiaries where the group itself doesn't run the careers site — IAG's openings, for example, appear through Iberia and Vueling.
